Atal Pension Yojana (APY) in India

The main aim of Atal Pension Yojana (APY) is to provide a fixed Pension amount to everyone after the age of 60 years.

In this scheme, a fixed amount of premium will be there for a fixed amount of Pension based on the age. Everyone, who has age between 18 years and 40 years, can apply for APY.

And one more interesting thing for the subscribers is the government of India will contribute an amount of Rs 1,000/- per year upto three years. (This Government contribution is only for non tax category people and those who do not have social security schemes).

If you enrol for APY now, Government contribution for this year will be added. This government contribution will be available for those who are enrolled APY before 31st December, 2015.

James Abram Garfield

   

TWENTIETH U.S. PRESIDENT (March 4, 1881 to September 19, 1881) 

   Garfield, the second of four Presidents to be assassinated, following Abraham Lincoln and preceding William McKinley and John F. Kennedy. The assassination of President James A. Garfield took place in Washington, D.C. on July 2, 1881. Garfield was shot by Charles J. Guiteau at 9:30 am, less than four months into Garfield's term as the 20th President of the United States.
